All information below must be complete to ensure delivery of birthday gram.
Delivery may not be able to occur on date requested due to situations beyond PTO control, such as closed campus for testing, field trips, or other events happening at the school or in the child’s classroom.
Birthday grams will be in the teacher’s boxes the morning they are requested to be delivered. Teachers will distribute the birthday grams to the students.
